BFly Routing Kit

$29.95

30-piece tube management system for powered antifog setups. Purpose-built connectors and clips for helmets, boonies, caps, beanies, and balaclavas. No zip ties. No kinks. No lost rail space.

Tube Diameter
Zero Rail Space Used +

Rail tabs sit on the angled shelf above the rail slots - not through them. Every slot stays completely free for earpro, lights, and accessories.

A Clip for Every Surface +

Rail tabs for helmets, webbing clips for boonie bands, edge slides for brims and knit bands, strap slides for goggle straps. Nothing left without an anchor point.

Cut It. Splice It. Nothing Goes to Waste. +

Use a straight coupler to extend a short run or splice two scraps into one. Made a connector choice that doesn't work for your new setup? Cut, reconfigure, and keep going. The kit includes 36 inches of tubing to get you started - and nothing goes to waste.

Tubing Included +

Enough to set up your first run and have scraps left over for a second headgear. Pair with the Couplers Pack to extend, splice, and reconfigure without ever running short.

Made in USA
Works with any powered antifog system
30 pieces. Any headgear.

The Problem

Zip ties were never meant for this.

Players running powered antifog systems have no purpose-built solution for routing tubes across their headgear. So they improvise - zip ties through rail slots, paracord wrapped around boonie bands, tape. Some players drill holes in their helmet shells.

The results: tubes that kink and cut off airflow at every hard turn, zip ties consuming the rail slots you need for earpro and accessories, and a setup that looks as makeshift as it is.

The BFly Routing Kit is the first purpose-built tube management system for powered antifog. Dedicated connectors and clips for every surface. Zero zip ties required.

Why the Routing Kit

Built for tube management. Built for any headgear.

Zero Rail Space Used

Rail tabs sit on the angled shelf above the rail slots - not through them. Every slot stays completely free for earpro, lights, and accessories.

A Clip for Every Surface

Rail tabs for helmets, webbing clips for boonie bands, edge slides for brims and knit bands, strap slides for goggle straps. Nothing left without an anchor point.

Kink-Free at Every Turn

Purpose-built elbows and bends hold clean geometry at every direction change. Tubing fails at bends over 60 degrees without support - these connectors eliminate that failure point.

Your Headgear, Your Route

Plan your route first to find the natural kink and anchor points. Then pick and place. The kit gives you the components to route your way.

How It Works

Plan. Place. Secure.

Step 1 - Plan your tube route
01

Plan your route

Run your tubes the way you want them before securing anything. Find the natural kink points and identify where you need connectors and clips. Setup is modular - there is no single correct path.

Step 2 - Place connectors at direction changes
02

Place your connectors

Use hard elbows for tight turns in confined spaces. Use bends for open runs that need a gentle curve. Press fit allows rotation so you can dial in the exit angle before the tube continues its run.

Step 3 - Clip and secure the run
03

Clip and secure

Select the right clip for each surface and lock the run in place. Rail tabs above helmet rails. Webbing clips on boonie bands. Edge slides on brim and knit edges. And anywhere nothing else reaches - a velcro dot and a velcro mount solve it. The run stays where you put it.

FAQ

Common questions

Will this work with my antifog unit?

Yes. The kit is available in two tube diameter variants - 6mm for ExFog-style systems and 9.5mm for Novritsch-style systems. Select your variant at checkout. The connectors and clips work the same way with either system.

Does it work with goggles too, or just glasses?

Both. The Routing Kit manages tube runs across your headgear regardless of what the tubes connect to. Goggle users, glasses users, and anyone running an antifog unit benefits from clean tube routing.

How do I know which connectors and clips to use?

Plan your route first - run your tubes the way you want without securing anything. This reveals the natural kink points and anchor spots. Then pick connectors for direction changes and clips for the surfaces you're working with. The setup guide includes diagrams for helmet, boonie, cap, and headband configurations.

What are straight couplers for?

Couplers are your safety net. Cut a tube too short? Splice it back together with a coupler. Switching from a helmet run to a boonie run and need more length? Add a coupler and a scrap of tubing. They also let you repair existing runs without starting over. Nothing goes to waste.

Can I use it across multiple headgear setups?

Yes. Plan your route for each headgear type, use couplers to extend or trim runs as needed, and pick up a Routing Pack to keep extra connectors and clips on hand for a second setup - no need to buy another full kit.

Will the clips damage my headgear?

No. All clips are tool-free and non-destructive. Rail tabs sit above the rail shelf without fasteners. Webbing clips, edge slides, and strap slides grip fabric surfaces without adhesive or modification. Velcro mounts use the included adhesive dots - removable and repositionable.

How durable are the printed pieces?

All pieces are precision FDM printed engineering-grade plastic. Not flexible or rubbery. Designed for the same field conditions your headgear handles. Made in the USA.

What are Routing Packs?

Routing Packs let you stock up on specific piece types at $4.99 each. Available packs: 90° Pack, 45° Pack, Couplers Pack, Rail Tabs Pack, Webbing Clips Pack, Slides Pack, Velcro Mount Pack, and Tubing Pack.
