Don't see your frame? Send it in.
Every Clearflow adapter is precision-fit to a specific frame model. If your glasses aren't on the list yet, send them to us. You get your frames back plus a free adapter set for your trouble, and your frame becomes the next supported model so every player running the same glasses can get one.
How it works
- 1Email us firstSend a note to support@bflygear.com with the subject "Frame Send-In" and your frame's make and model. We'll reply with the shipping address.
- 2Ship your glassesYou cover shipping to us. Pack them in a hard case or a padded box so they arrive in one piece.
- 3We design and send them backWe build the adapter around your frames, then return your glasses with a free adapter set. Return shipping is on us.
What it costs youOne-way shipping to us. That's it.
TurnaroundAbout two weeks from when you ship to when they're back in your hands, depending on location.
